Brand strategy and refresh
Story
Twenty years after developing its original brand identity, we were commissioned to create a new identity as part of the law firm’s growth plans across the North of England.
We established a brand strategy as a foundation for the new identity, working closely with the senior leadership team and employees from each of the office locations to establish a brand manifesto.
This work captured their vision, mission and purpose, as well as identifying their audience needs and defining how they add value to their clients. This informed the creative brief and wider communications activity.
The new identity was designed to be more fluid and dynamic, as well as more reflective in nature. It reflects the diverse experience and individuality of its people through an engaging and emotive graphic pattern created from the letter form of the new Ward Hadaway logo. Further emphasising the importance of personal relationships, the graphic pattern is adaptive and interacts with the user online as they move over the design.
