Story

As part of its commitment to drive down health inequalities in the borough, Redbridge Council decided to invest in its first digital stop smoking campaign.

Based on audience insight each campaign was aligned with messaging that would resonate with smokers such as getting fitter and healthier, saving money and protecting loved ones.

We developed a guiding idea and key messaging for Redbridge Council, and created assets and copy for each campaign. These were then utilised across a multi-channel digital strategy based on targeted audience profiles and reach, to drive awareness, engagement, and action across the borough.

Both campaigns demonstrated the power of targeted search across the likes of Google, Snapchat and YouTube and visual storytelling in driving awareness and action around smoking cessation services in Redbridge.
