We worked with Durham County Council to build a brand that meets their dual requirements of engaging both the community of people passionate about creating experiences in the region and those who want to enjoy thought-provoking entertainment.

We designed an engaging, human identity that speaks to the breadth of emotions you feel when you experience culture. The eyes draw you in - you want to follow their gaze and see what they're seeing. It’s a brand that exudes energy to help build momentum for Durham as a county of culture, feeling equally at home promoting a visual art spectacle in the cathedral as a cricket match at the Riverside.
